irjrd.org   Institute for Restorative Justice and Restorative Dialogue
The Institute for Restorative Justice and Restorative Dialogue (IRJ&RD) seeks to build a national mindset that embraces restorative justice principles. Its’ mission is to advance meaningful accountability, victim healing and community safety through the use of restorative justice solutions to repair the harm related to conflict, crime and victimization. Restorative justice is a fast-growing state, national, and international victim-centered response to wrongdoing that gives individuals adversely affected by a criminal act the opportunity to be directly involved in responding to the harm caused by the crime. It views crime as a violation of people and interpersonal relationships that creates obligations and liabilities. Its goals are to hear and put right the wrongs through engaging victims, offenders and community members in restorative dialogue and the creation of mutually beneficial solutions . IRJ&RD was established in 2008 to provide support to the rapidly emerging restorative justice initiatives in Texas, many of which have national implications. IRJ&RD provides the following services: * Opportunities for training * Education on restorative justice principles and practice models * Guidance and consultation on program development * Evaluation research on program effectiveness. * Meeting these needs ensures that Texas-based restorative justice programs are positioned to succeed and become national models. To improve performance of WHOIS service and to prevent its excessive high-volume use by a single source, we implemented a randomly generated Access Code that must be entered before running a WHOIS request.

Please enter the Access Code from the image field into the text field and then click the Continue button to proceed with your request.

  ->

The Access Code in the box is provided in graphics format. It has letters which are generated randomly and the symbol images are distorted. The distorted symbols cannot be read by computer programs which are used for mass-collect email addresses and any customer information. Only humans can read the distorted symbols and pass the access code. The Access Code improves performance of our services. It prevents excessive high-volume use by a single source.

The services that require Access Codes are:

Whois – after entering the correct Access Code you can run 10 WHOIS requests before you will be prompted to enter a new Access Code.

Site Info – you can run 25 Site Info requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.

Trace Route - you can run 20 Trace Route requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.

RBL Check - you can run 20 RBL Check requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.

What’s my IP - Access Code is not required for this service.

NOTE: We may modify Access Code policy at any time without notice on this web page.
