Adapted Aquatics
A program that teaches adapted aquatics safety to children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downe Syndrome and other disabilities that effect cognitive and gross / fine motor skills.
This program is a warm water based program that centers on the improvement of eye contact, social behavior and cooperation between the student and instructor.
Researched based teaching methods of over 15 years working with students of varied disabilities, Jim Beeson has designed an Adapted Aquatics program which serves over 100 students. Instructor Courses are available for individuals and facilities desiring to improve their existing program or to start a new Adapted Aquatics program.
